Gulab Jamun

milk solids, fried, and soaked in sugar syrup.
Ingredients:
- Khoya (milk solids)
- Maida (flour)
- Sugar syrup:
- Sugar
- Water
- Cardamom
- Rose water
Cooking Steps:
- Prepare the dough.
- Roll into small balls.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Dip in sugar syrup.
- Serve warm.
- Knead:
- Working the dough to develop structure.
- Syrup:
- A thick sweet liquid made from sugar and water.
